First, unfasten the straps and loosen the brace wide enough to easily accommodate the width of the desired arm.Insert your arm completely through the brace, and position it comfortably so that the point of your elbow is centered behind the padded portion and the Vive emblem is above your elbow. Pull the straps tight through the side loops, wrap them around the arm toward your body and secure them to the side of the brace.

• Can the elbow brace be washed?

Yes, the brace is machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry completely before use.

• Does this work for both men and women?

Yes, the versatile design fits both men and women.

• Is it okay to get the brace wet?
